I can’t speak well enough about our Dr. Dr. Bryan Adams is amazing at his job catching things that even the hospital didn’t catch at the time , reassuring a new mom and not making me feel crazy for having questions, taking his time with us. You can feel he cares about every kid and that is a special trait. Every time my husband and I leave we feel more informed and always speaking praise of him. We can’t thank you enough!

Took my son here for a follow up after he had been sick for about a week and no one could tell me anything. This appointment felt super rushed. The doctor didn’t seemed to concerned and no one ever called me with any test results. First time going to this office and we want be back. In the search for a new pediatrician. Also, they don’t answer the phone like ever. I’ve called multiple times to try and pay bill as there is no option to pay online. Super inconvenient.

I've been dreading trips to our pediatrician to the point my husband and I actually (play) fight over who has to go. We've been doing urgent care the last few times instead, but that is not the quality of care we're looking for either. Change is hard, but I called Kidfixers this morning and they made everything super easy! They had an appointment available within 3 hours, not too much paperwork, and we were in and out within an hour! Even better, we felt heard...and seen. Yes, we are weird, and my son and I laughed hysterically with the unexpected influenza B diagnosis. He had his flu vaccine and is not the kid that typically gets the flu. We've been through a lot, sinus infection and everything elses typical, but flu is just another thing to add to his list. 😂 2023 was a long, hard year! Huge shout out to Dr. McMorrow-Reid and everyone we encountered! We appreciate your help, kind demeanor, and expertise. We will be back but, hopefully, not too soon! 4-6 weeks! :)

The Physicians and P.A.’s we have seen have been great. The staff however, at least the ones I have come into contact with the last 2 years are lacking empathy, unopen to feedback and unamenable. There have been multiple issues, but to save you time lets forward to today. Twice now we have had issues with prescriptions not going through to our pharmacy. Each time I call, I leave a detailed messages our information, the medication, the pharmacy and what is transpiring. I have a medical background and understand the importance of leaving a detailed message. After leaving four messages, constantly calling our pharmacy to see if these prescriptions have been received. One medication at each call has been sent over instead of all three. I still have one medication that my child needs daily that is 4 weeks late. After pleading for the fourth time for this medication and even stating I will come pick up a paper form if that helps… still waiting. I called again this morning and asked to speak to management and told they were not available today. I tried to express my concern as to my children not getting their medication in a timely manner. In exact words I stated: “I do not feel like I am being heard.’ The response was “my lead nurse is working on this, she is not incompetent.” Again, I stated: “ I never said she was, I am saying, I don’t feel heard. I am just trying to get my child prescriptions filled.” The response was “leave a more detailed message next time.” Again, this place has great providers, however the staff is very defensive, uncooperative and fail to recognize issues within the system. It’s a shame.

The doctor we saw Caroline Talbot was unprofessional and rude. She said many comments that were extremely unnecessary to both my child and myself. She also didn’t respect our religious beliefs and said she’d no longer see us although we have been going to this pediatric office for the last three years with no issues from any other doctor regarding our beliefs. We also waited forever for our appointment. Definitely not impressed and would not recommend to anyone.
